Ms. Sanaz Z. Karaz is the founder of Osprey IMM Inc. and brings over 17 years of diverse experience in client care, administration, management, finance, investment, immigration, and legal services. Her expertise is deeply rooted in her role at Osprey IMM, where she has cultivated extensive knowledge and skills across various industries.

Ms. Karaz began her career in 2006 as a customer care representative and quickly rose to the position of office manager, overseeing a high volume of clients and handling various administrative and customer care responsibilities. In 2014, she earned her Banking and Financial College Diploma from Everest College and obtained her Canadian Investment Funds License (Mutual Fund License).

In 2015, she transitioned to the financial sector, joining the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) as a Financial Service Representative. Later, she moved to TD Canada Trust as a Mobile Mortgage Advisor, where she gained further expertise in financial services. Continuing her professional growth, Ms. Karaz pursued an Immigration Consultant Diploma from CDI College and earned her Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant License (#R531293) between 2018 and 2019.

In December 2021, she expanded her legal expertise by earning a Paralegal Diploma from Herzing College. Ms. Karaz is currently a licensed paralegal (P20730), notary public, and commissioner for taking oaths and affidavits. She also provides legal advice on small claims court matters, personal injury, motor vehicle accidents, landlord and tenant issues, as well as labor and employment law.

Mr. AmirHossein Rajabi is a distinguished professional serving as the CEO and Office Manager at Osprey IMM Inc. Drawing upon his educational background and expertise, he graduated from Azad University in Tehran, obtaining both a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s degree in Human Resources. With over two decades of experience in management, sales, advisory, and consultation roles, Mr. Rajabi possesses a wealth of knowledge and skills.

His breadth of experience extends beyond borders, reflecting his international perspective and proficiency in various domains. Leveraging his extensive skill set, Mr. Rajabi has developed a profound understanding of immigration practices, accumulating over seven years of dedicated work in the field. As a visionary leader and seasoned professional, he continues to drive success and innovation within Osprey IMM Inc., contributing his expertise to enhance immigration services for clients worldwide.

Mr. Majid Afrooz serves as the Iran Office Owner , Partner and Manager at Osprey IMM, based in the firm’s Tehran office with 14 Licensed Iranian experienced Lawyers.

Graduating from Law University, he holds an LL.B degree from Iran and has practiced law in the country for over 25 years. With a robust legal background, he specializes in Iranian corporation affairs, immigration, contracts law, trade, Iran export controls, and international trade disputes. Additionally, he possesses extensive experience in negotiating and structuring both domestic and overseas acquisitions and joint ventures within Iran.

Zahra Gholami Moghaddam serves as the Managing director and Administrative Affairs at OSPREY IMM INC. in both Tehran 2nd office and Toronto main office. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Tehran with high distinction and pursued her Master’s degree in International Law at the same university. Subsequently, she achieved her PhD in Public Law in 2014.

With 20 years of experience as a lawyer in Iran, she has worked extensively in the fields of finance, corporate law, commercial matters, arbitration, and the resolution of commercial disputes, as well as family, inheritance, and wills cases. She has also been actively involved with Canadian Immigration Law and Regulation since 2020. Additionally, she has trained numerous legal interns and possesses significant expertise in corporate contract management, supported by her in-depth knowledge and experience.
