Zahra Gholami Moghaddam serves as the Managing director and Administrative Affairs at OSPREY IMM INC. in both Tehran 2nd office and Toronto main office. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Tehran with high distinction and pursued her Master’s degree in International Law at the same university. Subsequently, she achieved her PhD in Public Law in 2014.

With 20 years of experience as a lawyer in Iran, she has worked extensively in the fields of finance, corporate law, commercial matters, arbitration, and the resolution of commercial disputes, as well as family, inheritance, and wills cases. She has also been actively involved with Canadian Immigration Law and Regulation since 2020. Additionally, she has trained numerous legal interns and possesses significant expertise in corporate contract management, supported by her in-depth knowledge and experience.
